Jim Cramer, in a video on TheStreet.com talks about what he believes might be holding up the XM-Sirius Merger. He talks about how if the merger was held up for a few more months when car companies start to introduce the new model year cars, there will be another year of cars without a multi-service radio. With all the stunts that the FCC and the NAB have pulled regarding this merger and satellite radio in general, it is not too far fetched that something like this could happen. The FCC could just keep delaying the merger until one company fails and they don’t have to make a ruling.
